[Mk2] [Turbo] What spark plugs should i use?

I have a 93 gt turbo with 3inch down pipe and 3inch straight through exhaust, Apexi induction kit and an mbc currently running 12psi i would like to turn the boost up to 14psi but want to make sure it is safe to do so first.
Do i need grade seven?
Where can i get them?

One grade cooler and Iridium Non-iridium will be okay too.

i'd go for the 1 grade colder but i'd stick to coppers, alot cheaper and don't hear any horror stories about the tips falling off and damaging the engine.

Coppers do need replacing more but apart from that you can't go far wrong
