Double check the date with the tag on your selt belts to check date of manufacture...

Do you have airbags? Do you have turned and lacquered 5 spoke alloys if still stock? Do you have a steering wheel with 4 branches?

If your answer to all of those is no, it most likely is a rev 3

I was trying to find out what versions came with ABS the other day, spent about 1/2 an hour looking and still never really found an answer. #-o

Strange, I thought I had a Rev 4 (made Dec 1995), so it's a Rev 3, which is no sweat. But I don't recall seeing an ABS light on the dash, so did all Rev 3's have ABS or was it just an option? Or has the bulb gone? What is the easiest thing to look for to confirm whether I have or have not got ABS?

Roadsterman asked:

Answer:
The great big ABS pump in the front trunk.

I wouldn't know an ABS pump if it fell out of the sky and hit me  Where abouts in the front trunk? And will it say ABS on it?

The ABS light only comes on for a couple seconds as soon as the car is started. Put the ignition on and it should be there too.

Have locked it up on the odd occasion  , so must not have ABS.
On this reckoning then not all Rev 3's have ABS
