Interesting experience with my hosing lol!!

Post by 2Crooky »

Twice in the last 2 weeks, i have been putting my foot down in 3rd up to about 4500rpm.............and for the third time today.........."POP" followed by no power or boost!!!!!

Every time this happenns it scares the xxxx outta me because it sounds like something major!!

It is my intercooler cold pipe coming off where it meets the throttle body!! I keep doing the jubilee clips up tight and checking the hose is straight but it seems to keep doing this!!! Sould i change the rubber connection pipe as it feels fairly soft??????

had a similar problem with my old rev 1 turbo, turned out to be a little bit of oil coming through from the turbo.try giving ur piping and throttle body a good clean with a new jubilee clip, hopefully that will sort it out for you..
