Door window rattle?

I have had a problem with both my o/s and n/s door windows they rattle very loudly especially when not fully up odr down. I made the drivers side a little better with tightening and a bit of thread lock but am starting to think that the actual runner channels have spread causing a sloppy fit. Am I barking up the wrong tree please help me save my weekend. [-o<

yer is the bracket/bushes inside the door that hold the window in place, i think they just need clamping together a bit more, but not too tight!
i hav this problem also, i just cant be bothered to take the door card off.

Ha ha I`ve had my door cards off for the past 4 weeks and just got round to doing it! JL audio`s sound better with them off. Which thread jont?
