weird brakes

hi all put new disks and pads on the rear of my rev 1 and i have done about 150 mile's on them but the problem im having is the disk is rusting up half way. have had the pads back out and you can see only half of the pad is getting used.hope you can understand what im saying,any help would be appreciated.

sounds like the callipers are not working properly. COuld be the sliders have seized and therefore the pads are getting pushed on the disc at an angle, hence the odd wear pattern
