Hi folks, have just registered. Looking to buy an imported G Ltd soon, any ideas who best to call for insurance quotes?

Theres a ton of info on here! :D

But to get you started try bell direct/tesco/admiral/all pretty good, kinda depends on age, no claims and mods although leave yourself a bit of time as i spent about twenty mins trying to explain what a strut brace was! theres also a set up in premium members area mate.

why a glimited and not a uk car??
both same performance, plus insurence on the imported g limted will be higher.

granted, on average a g limted would have less miles, be in slightly better nik, more extras...

if your young and with not many mods, elephant insurence would be cheapest im sure.

don't know if you've got cover yet but take a look at this :

http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/index.php?name=F ... light=noel

I get insured with the company on that forum and they were £143 cheaper than admiral / elephant

Finally getting one now from J R H Imports :D My best insurance quote came from Lifesure Ltd, found them online at www.lifesure.co.uk. Under £300.00 with lifetime guaranteed no claims, less than I was paying for my Vectra lol.
