I'm thinking border front and skirts... just not keen on the rear "corner" splitters...

I'm also thinking carbon bonnet, spoiler & carbon airscoop

Karl, I don't "do" standard tho :(

the thing with kits is, you will then need bigger wheels to make it look right.... you've then lost what the MR2 is all about . HANDLING

imo :)

Plus I wouldnt want to thrash an MR2 with a kit down a country lane, mines a standard car and I end up grounding it! 8-[ #-o

Tell me about it! I did a 5mph u-turn in a rutted country lane in Kent a few weeks back...and suddenly *CRACK* went one of my side skirts as I grounded the car.

I don't think Neil Johnson would agree with that statement whole-heartedly.

he doesnt have a bodykit though does he, to fit silly 18/19" wheels :)

Jonno has 17" IIRC.....

I always think kits look better as a full set. Look a bit odd when you mix and match. But thats my 2p's worth.

I say go full Border kitted

Aftermarket Jap style side skirts and a TRD rear spoiler IIRC - in my book that’s half way to being a bodykit.
17's all round yes. The minimum size he could go to fit those HUGE uprated brakes behind.
So bigger wheels over stock by 2 inches and I'm inclined to believe that that he hasn't 'lost what the MR2 is all about' by ruining the handling.

Yeah I have got the autopista skirts and rear spoiler too. I think it’s a great balance between show car kitted and plain standard looking.
I also have a bomex front which while looks great, does prevent you from driving the car hard so I would not particularly recommend this depending on your driving style.

PS car is also for sale
