Greetings, I'm trying to fill out my mod form for the exhaust i've just got and it wants the engine number. My original engine died and I got a new one from API. I'm not sure if the number on the API forms is correct. Where would the engine number be on the engine itself?

according to the Blue engine book the number is stamped on the left side of the block
