

Whilst this was done I also had new front strut inserts fitted and replacement low mileage good condition rear shocks and new top mounts fitted.


Now, as long as I've had progressive rate springs fitted, usually by myself I was always advised to have the tighter wound end of the spring to the bottom cup of the strut.


And tbh this has always seemed to work for me regardless of




Is this the correct way to fit progressive rate springs or is it generally horses for courses so to speak?
