[Mk2] [Turbo] Gearbox Oil - Comma ok?

Hi Guys,

I need to put some new gearbox oil in the gearbox.

I googled around and MT-90 is recommended on the US forums. also mentions use gl-4 not 5 (synchro issues with gl-5) - However i priced this up at nearly £100... seemed excessive for 4 litres.

Is this Comma OK?

Any good GL4 75w90 will be great.
