[Mk2] [Turbo] Painting the engine

Im going to start building my engine back up so want it to look good.

Whats the best paint to use on the block?

Ive used brush on hammerite before on the cam cover and various bits which was ok apart from the heat shields which went dull. Never used on the block before tho.

Ideally would like a brush on type of paint which doesnt leave brush marks.

Check out the POR15 stuff Mark. I've used their caliper stuff in the past with good results so I'd imagine their engine paints will be decent too
