£400 for a normal rebuild with steel shaft etc then an extra
£200 for a billet wheel.

Is rebuilding the CT20 a good route to go?I'm currently running stock rev3 with 1.1bar, but wanted to get over 300hp without spending too much.

I was thinking of an ECU and remap, but would it be cheaper to just upgrade the CT20s internals?

You can get to 300bhp with your current turbo. You just need a decat pipe, induction kit, decent intercooler or charge cooler and you might pop 300bhp if you're lucky.

If you want 300-320 you need an ecu to lean out the fueling.Any past this and it's a bigger turbo
, injectors and forged pistons as they don't like much past 320 in the long run

I ran 350 on the stock pistons for awhile till a ring cracked but that was using a huge charge cooler.

Already have an induction kit and sidemount IC, along with an Exhaust and 1.1bar.![]()
I looked under the car and noticed that I have a Blitz downpipe, but that could perhaps be sports cat maybe, or is it more than likely a proper downpipe?
Not sure if Blitz did replacement CATs.
