Rev 3 cylinder head thickness tolerance

I have found the tolerances, though think these are for a rev1-2

Thickness: 4.6950-4.6990" (119.253-119.355 MM)

Does anyone have the information for a rev3 head and the exact points it should be measured from?

I've looked through the rev3 engine supplement and BGB and can't find it- where did you find it for rev1/2...maybe I've missed the section?
