mr2 rev4 turbo t bar with very low miles in std mint condition

Post by beast123 »

Hi there
I bought my mr2 turbo in 2013 from newera imports,
the car is totally standard with only 48,000 miles from new.
the car is in in two tone silver and black.
due to having lost my sight in my left eye due to a brain tumor of the same year I can no longer drive hence the sale of the mr2 :(

pics to follow £5495 ovno

It's this one from Newera:-

http://www.neweraimports.com/soldcarDet ... ?carId=433

This is a very rare Revision 4 T-Bar Turbo MR2 anniversary edition (One of only 75 recorded as built by Toyota), in 2 tone Silver and dark grey metallic - in concours condition with totally original specification throughout, right down to the Toyota original option Audio equipment. A one owner car from new - it's been garaged most of it's life & paintwork is pristine. We haven't come across a better T-Bar in a long time. Make no mistake, top condition original MR2's especially the Rev 4 & 5 models (The only ones we target these days because they're the best spec!) are destined to become cult classics. Think about it - aside from the NSX (Endowed with similar performance to this car) what other mid engined high power sports cars came out of Japan! - The ZZW30 MR2 (MR-S in Japan) was only equipped with 140 bhp. This MR2 turbo came out of the factory with 245 bhp.

Very nice example and a bargain at this price for an unmolested example to build upon or just regularly maintain and just enjoy

If I didn't have a v6 mr2, I'd be all over this :thumleft:

I can't see this hanging around, GLWTS

It's NOT an Anniversay Edition, Only Toyota GB made this special edition not the JDM

Looking at this, there were JDM anniversary mr2's but with different spec but not numbered like uk models

Toyota would beg to differ... Probably safe to assume they are correct:

Hi guys :thumleft:
I don't think it really matters
Their are very few unmolested low millage mint mr2 turbos left.
I bought the car for this reason,This is not your normal run of the mill car you can just pick up like a golf or Mondeo.
This type of car now is rare now and are getting very hard to find #-o

That is a lovely car 👍 wish i didnt have 1 im so far in to atm or i would of been very interested also

Are you giving up driving on your own accord as my step dad had exactly the same brain tumor lost his right eye completly and could still drive officially althoygh he did find it a little challenging at times ?

Shame to let it go if there was a chance of you enjoying it is all 👍

Many thanks for the kind comment.
These cars are so rare now and it is getting so hard to find a unmolested turbo that is not full of rot.
