New Spare Wheel?

Post by Jam »

When I bought my MR2 it didn't come with a spare wheel.

Any ideas where I can get a replacement one? Tried eBay but they all seem to be for MK3s.

Hi Rob

Will it fit in the front boot/frunk of the MR2? How much including a courier?

the one i have does fit in the spare wheel well, i'd charge £10 plus whatever it cost to post it.. if pete is close to you he may be more practical to deal with though.

The other option is find a cheapo light (ish) alloy wheel with spare tyre. It can be a skinny 15" or 16" one for example. Just needs to be 5x114 and good enough to get you home :thumleft:

Certainly wouldn't want to rely on an ancient Jap spare wheel now. Those tyres never get changed either.
