How much coolant loss with coolant neck outlet housing removal?

How much coolant loss with coolant neck outlet housing removal?

Like the title says, how much coolant can I expect to lose by removing the coolant neck outlet housing? Because of its location, is refilling as simple as filling up to the radiator cap, without having to worry about burping the entire system?

This is for a Rev2 turbo.

You'll lose a bit I would imagine around 1/2 liters depending how full the system is.

I would bleed the system after any change of any part of it.
