Advise sought for MR2 in need of some TLC

Have an MR2 MK2 T bar 1989 G reg, owned since 2004, but in need of some tlc, was hoping to undertake this as a project but really busy with current job and haven't any spare time and this year will be just as bad. Has been Scorn since 2013. Last MOT had only minor advisories.
Low milage has a only 75k, only used at weekends when not raining. Colour red. Electric mirrors. leather seats drivers seat needs some re-stiching.
Have spare doors as bottoms are showing signs of rust, have replacement boot and spoiler as paint is fading.
S/S exhaust fitted 2010, new radiator fitted 2011, new alternator fitted 2012. Has a few minor rust spots adjacent to T bar panels, has paint peeling on existing doors and front wing panel. Needs new tyres. Engine starts ok. Beautiful car to drive. Thatcham alarm system, no other mods. Have service history since 2004, milage then was 53K.
Can supply photos.
Not sure what its worth, or do we sell for scrap? seems criminal to do that.
Open to offers or suggestions.
Car is based in North Somerset.
