Differences between MK1a bumper bar and MK1b

Hi there.
Unfortunately i've had a little accident with some ice and a wall in my MR2. The main damage was right side wing, headlight and damage to the bumper. This means i need a replacement bumper bar, foam and bumper skin for my MK1a. I know trying to find a MK1a bumper bar is going to be a bit difficult so would i be able to use a mk1b bar with mk1a foam and outter bumper?

NO you can't it wont fit the 1A foam or the skin i'm afraid . I will put a post up for you on the mk1 club someone on there brought a 1A bar by mistake and might still have it .
