[Mk2] [Turbo] IACV Help - Where does the pipe connect to?

Hi Guys

Helping a friend with is Rev 3 tubby and after inspecting his Idle Air control valve we have found the pipe is completely missing that comes out of it.

Does anybody know where is connects up to?

Top pipe goes to a curved thick vac pipe passenger side of inlet manifold.
This connects onto a thick metal hardline, then another thick vac pipe to the intake.
