help need to identify exhaust sections

Post by jcbadger »

Hi all

I need some help please. I have taken the exhaust off my car (1986 1a). I'm having problems identifying the correct replacement part for what I guess is the middle section of the system. It has been heavily welded before so I'm not sure if it should just be a straight through pipe - all the pics on ebay I have seen show a flexi and a small silencer box - my motor factor also says the same but my one has no flexi or a box - it's just an L-shaped pipe - any advice anyone? I'm not after anything fancy - just a straight forward mild steel replacement. Thanks.[/img]
