In simple terms, firstly how does the mr2 turbo (rev 3) calculate the amount of fuel to be injected and secondly what is in the engine bay that actually delivers the correct amount of fuel and in what sequence? i.e. the flow path which the fuel takes from the tank.
Hope this makes sense
cheers
fueling...whats the basics?

ECU takes measurements from sensors, e.g. TPS, MAP, RPM. It then compensates using measurements of water temp, IAT, 02 etc. Then delivers the appropriate duty cycle to the injector which injects the fuel.
Fuel is pumped at high pressure from an in-tank pump. It is regulated by a FPR bolted to the fuel rail. Surplus fuel is returned to the tank.
