[Mk2] [Generic] passneger side headlight lazy going up, lots of clicking

hi, passenger side headlight is very slow in going up, usually a delay of a few seconds before it starts to move. Sometimes it pops up to full height after this delay and sometimes halfway or so before finally hitting full height. Seems to drop down promptly enough.

When the headlight is trying to come up and is part up way there is a load of clicking, maybe sounds like gears missing instead of meshing. Is this the sign of a dying headlight motor?
