bridge the B+ and Fp terminals in the diagnsis box, strip the center console cover, undo the fuel pump connector and measure whether there's voltage present after turning the key into ACC position.

If there's voltage, you can also test the pump in situ

terminals still bridged, undo some banjo bolt

(filter or at the fuel rail, or een both to see whether the filter is clogged) but be sure not to squirt too much gas into your engine bay

(some sort of container might be handy) and have someone turn the key to ACC momentarily just to see whether the juice is flowing.

after that, you can tell if it's pump or something in electrics

(fuse? relay? a bad wire? or ground?) or even something completely different
