[Mk2] [Turbo] car wont start!

Hi everyone, i have a mk2 rev1 turbo and for some reason shes just stopped turning over, no noise from the starter motor, i had this checked out and all seems fine as well as the solenoid and the main power cable, all the lights come on the dash board which should come on, i was thinking it had something to do with the really old flashpoint alarm/immboliser, so i got this removed but still no good, has anyone got any ideas or could it possibly be my other immboliser thats now stopping it? Also if i put my keys in the ignition and unplug the plug near my ecu and use a piece of wire then the car starts fine,once the car is started its fine.

i presume youve unplugged the relay and bridged it hence why its starts. Id suggest swapping the relay as it sounds like its gone bad??
