Has he tried any of the MR2 specialists 1st.
I just wouldn't be happy unless i knew the car it was coming out of.

It was more of a general question as to the standard of their products / work, the car in question is a honda civic. He's opted to have the problem fixed now anyway - thanks for the reply !
