Top feed or side feed

Hi all whats the pros and cons of each?
Looking for 400ish bhp!
Have a bored out rail and 800cc sards but may sell them and go top feed rail with 1000cc! Lol!

From what I gather, top feed distribute the fuel more evenly than side feed.

And how will it do that?
Designer for turbo set ups on F1 cars, and Nitrous Oxide Systems of the USA in the 80s

You don't need to upgrade from bored out side feed to top feed for 400bhp.

Spend the money elsewhere.
