any ideas on whats a good exhaust to buy

Depends what you want, loud, quiet, single or twin exit tail pipes.

You should do a search, there are loads of threads on the subject. Also check for sale section for 2nd hand exhausts or do a google search for UK MR2 part traders.

I always liked the sound of Mongoose exhausts on NAs. Big and pretty loud, though.

Mongoose is a popular choice on an NA. Nice and subtle
