Just wondering has anyone tried going down the omex route with throttle body's on the mk2 mr2 :D.
Done a bit of research not much but havent found anyone do it so far, surley someone must have?

Wish there was an off the shelf solution, all of the threads I've looked at in the past seemed to suggest it's a fabrication only job.

Plenty of research been done. Need to spend 2K+ to achieve an engine fit only for race track.

If you want 200BHP of N/A useful on the road, fit a BEAMS engine.

Apparently if you get the right inlet manifold it would be a straightforward job doing it.

I don't disagree. Not that i've ever seen "the right inlet manifold" yet.

Then you'll need an ECU, cams etc.

Think ill need to do a bit more research into it. This is a future plan so no rush :D

Yep, he used 4A-GE Blacktop throttle bodies fitted to a custom inlet manifold adapted for the BEAMS engine. And Link ECU IIRC.
