Swapping original Cd/Cassette player

Just got me a Rev 5 and all is good except it has a standard single din cassette/radio and a seperate 8 disc cd changer (std Toyota). How easy is it to swap these items for a modern cd unit and what would I need to ensure all fits back together nicely.

Also s there any all to the items I remove?
