[Mk2] [NA] Crunch from 4th-3rd Pic needed !

Hi all as above, ive been reading a few threads and im under the impression i can change a rubber on the gearbox. Is it possible for someone to put a pic up of what i need to change please and some info of the new part .any help would be great.

Sounds like 3rd gear synchro to me.

Not sure what you mean by "changing a rubber on the outside of the gearbox".

Yeah i read on some post that you could change a rubber on the linkage.Also while im at it is the gearbox oil the same as the diff ?as in if i have a leak on the diff the gearbox level will drop aswell or is that just a retarded question .....

Yes, the gearbox shares the same oil as the diff.
