[Mk2] [Turbo] runs for 2-3 seconds

Hi all my rev 2 turbo seems to only run for 2-3 seconds before cutting out.
Flash codes say air intake temp,so i tried another AFM and its still the same.But when you disconect the AFM it will run.
I have also tried temp sensor and ECU.

Any help would be appreciated.

checked all the hoses...obvious but a good starting point...sounds a bit like the igniter is working and starting the car but then no follow through...rotor arm/dizzy cap worth a check I suppose but it sounds more like a switch/relay or electronic componant has failed.

The fuel pump turns off after a short time if it does not see the engine running

Thanx for all the advise everyone but all along it was me being blind.
The bung which blocked the pipe too the reciculating valve on the air intake had fallen out.
