[Mk2] [NA] remote central locking

Hi all ive just recently got my remote central locking working,well for two weeks .but now it locks the car but will not unlock it it disarms the imobiliser and i can see the door unlock on the dash light up but it wont flick the door locks open .....any help would be great .

can you lock and unlock the doors using the switch on the drivers door.. if yes then its a wiring issue.. if no then its possibly the mechanism at fault..

It will be a duff microswitch in the lock mech. Mine was doing the exact same thing for years, and I eventually sussed it last week !

Hi buddy is that the one on the back of the key barrael ?if so ive swopped the door over lately and snapped one side of the clip but thought sod it it will be ok ...

it will be either a relay or the acuator. I'd check if you are getting voltage when you fire your central locking...
