ok. There is a gentleman that sells them on retro rides, There are 3 types avalible differant sizes. I think they are about £100 for the set if im right.

Depends what kind of fitment your after, the more old school jdm bolt on fitment is usually cut away the outer arch, roll the inner arch to meet, roll the lip, weld the two together prime, paint and waxoil. Then mark drill th holes for the bolts prime, paint and waxoil the holes then fit. Id recomend using locking bolts or such so pikeys dont steal them, heard of this happening before.
Any more questions just ask, ive got photo's somewhere.

I am installing a set at the moment, I got the retro rides ones, they are only £45 for 4 but quality is not good, I.e. Gel coat and fibreglass have big voids between them :-(

I have also had to modify them a lot to fit, there are a few pics here and what has to be done to original arches....

I might make myself a set of these, and if the quality is there i might open the floor to you guys. Fibreglass with Gel coat to start with and then maybe bare carbon. As stated everything i make for myself as a trial fit.

Would be useful if you could get a mould off Neils arches once they're done. I'd also like a copy of Neils bonnet that doesn't weigh as much as his does ;)

I guess we could leave it in the paddock at TSS events to make up for him not being ready again
