[Mk2] [NA] hydraulic clutch

I have an issue with the clutch I think... Maybe

When on a motorway run I can come off onto the sliproad and the clutch doesn't engage it feels soggy, after a couple of pumps on the pedal it feels pressurised again like the fluid is back in there,

Do we think a change of Hydraulic fluid would help?

If the pedal feel returns after a couple of pumps then yes, it could be fluid, or it could be the seal on the master cylinder failing.

If the fluid is low, you need to find out if its leaking.
