Through a friend we had trade passes to get in before everyone else so went straight to the Toyota stand before the crowds came in. Sad but true when really we should have gone straight to the Ferrari stand! My wife subsequently ordered a Roadster in Cape Green which she still has to this day.

One funny thing I recall was the MR-S was quite near the bar and this obviously very drunk guy was licking the MR-S rear wheel until security pulled him off!

It was practicaly there. Hmm the yellow badge in the middle of the wheel.

rear lights on this picture looks like a mix of 2 sets of rear lights.

I did buy some skyline infinity circles rear lights for mine but didnt get round to fitting them.

Like how much better the later rev real lights were on the mk2. I expect they were after the same effect for the show, not sure it worked that well and seems they refined it for the release and then again in the later mk3s.

"FT-86" http://www.ft86club.com/

Doesn't get me too exited :( Resembles the overpriced Lexus LFA a bit.

The FT-86 is quite cool imho after having seen it at Goodwood last year but it's really just a Celica replacement whereas the blue car pictured is more like a Mk4 should be! :D

I can remember going to it as well on a press day - I actually got to sit in that car had also have some photos of it - I ended up posting some (prints) to the Austrialian MR2 IMOC.

I can remember thinking it would be too small for me ( I'm 183cm ) as from the driver's side I ended up looking at the top of the windscreen surround.

The fabric for the seats was the same as is used for the cloth seats as well ...
