[Mk2] [Turbo] URGENT HELP WITH ALARM PLEASE!

Evening folks,

Firstly, thanks for reading, any help is appreciated.

I have never dealt with alarms and i am utterly useless with electrics! lol!

Anyways, i have a HORNET CAT 1 alarm. Its worked fine until just there, the fob wont unlock the car. I opened the car manually using the key, but unfortunately, the car wont start due to the immobiliser.

What could this be? When i press the buttons on the fob, it lights up as it should on the remote, but nothing happens with regards to the car itself.

did you get this sorted? had a wee look at your welcome post - i think i may have seen your '2 around glasgow....mine is a poorly painted white v6 with a nurspec?!

anyway if your still having trouble with the alarm, i know a guy who fits alarms as a hobby and reminds us of jesse from fast and the furious lol! it would probably take him 5 mins to sort...

what part of glasgow you from? i'm just up in bearsden - don't know if you know any of the folk off strathy/folk that go round town?
