I reckon people would need to know which revision of turbo you've got first :thumleft:

You keep adding edits! Lol

Might see 300 then. On a cold day. obviously all depends on what dyno you're going to check it on & how much they want to please you. I'm still 290ish on a real dyno.

Block wise, no real power limit but 'some' do crack. Pistons are first weak spot so if aiming for more than 1.3bar then advisable to go forged. Stock turbo will be running out of puff by 1.2 so that's about your realistic limits but obviously would run higher, but you offset any power gains but creating heat. When you start flowing ct turbo's they become giant hairdryers!!!

i know some one with a buddyclub exhaust, apexi air filter greddy sidemount and apexi boost controller running 1.2 bar. rolling roaded at 311bhp (fly)
so souldn't be far off ,just depends on the intercooler !!! :thumleft:

I was running 1.5bar on td0518g making 300@wheels on my standard block for about 3 years and it was fine so it can take a bit of power it was running an apexi power fc engine management , ive just stripped it 2 weeks ago and only thing it had was a few pits on piston 2
