[Mk2] [NA] Recommend a head unit

Post by rowey200 »

My car currently has the standard uk spec double din stereo with, oh yes, a cassett deck! I'd like to replace it with something a bit better that also has a aux input so I can use my ipod in the car.

I've not got a clue what to go for, or if I stay double din or go single, I presume I can get a blanking plate or something if I want a standard size stereo?

I don't have an install so to speak, just speakers in the standard places, so I'm not looking to spend a mint....any advice would be much appriciated :thumleft:
