Blowing exhaust

Post by gooseman949 »

Just looking to get a few peoples thoughts and suggestions with the following dilema that i have.

I have a fujitsubu legalis R exhaust with a mild steel mid section. The mid section has just started to blow. I have done a bit of surfing to see if i can find a replacement mild steel section to replace it but without any joy.
I went to see a local Power flow custom exhaust dealer to get a quote and they say 250 - 300
I could get a complete mongoose from rogue for that kind of money but i would like to keep my original exhaust as i like the sound. Any ideas

Try another exhuast specialist, the quote you have had takes the p1$$.
If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.

I've got the same problem with my Legalis so I'd be interested to know how much you end up paying.
