posted a video of a mk1 in a sprint race a while back in this section saying it was the best i have ever seen a mk1 driven (i'm sure you remember the one - 'its ben speeded up' :lol: )
this one blows it out of the water (no, i dont think this one has been speeded up either 8-[ )

How on earth does it develope that much grip!

that guy has balls the size of melons!

Set of cams, remap nice free flowing exhaust, gas flowed heads etc. IIRC they were about 160 standard out the factory!

Oh how fun that has to be!!!

I must say i got impressed with mine last winter, running road legal studded tires i never got stuck. It`s harder to make it stop :P Cant wait till this winter, i`m sure there will be no more studs at the rear when February comes.
They say that with rally-grade studded tyres you get as much grip on ice that a normal car with road legal tyres get on wet tarmac, sure looks like it by those videos.

MR2's handle far better in the wet than the dry IMO.

145bhp out of the factory for a silver top. It would be a very expensive build indeed to get 220bhp.
