Bimy nick! look at all that spaghetti! no wonder your taking so long to put it back together! lol. Looking good tho mate.

I think the easiest/cheapest route for solving your FPR issue is to fit it remotely. purchase a banjo and bolt to fit in your rail where the FPR goes, then a small section of hose and a female hose end but with thread to suit the FPR.
Image

I would say get a bano to AN-06 then a small length of -06 hose, then a -06 hose end with a fine metric thread for the FPR (i think its fine metric, dont take my word for it) Bob hatton can sort out all your hose needs, i have purchased many goodridge bits from him.

Here is the banjo you would need..ImageImage

For the actual banjo bolt, if its too much hassle finding a AN one, im sure the bolt is the same as the one on the other end of the fuel rail and the same as the ones in the fuel filter.

You could prob do it with push on fittings, but it will only save you about a tenner i reckon. might aswel do it properly.

I know what you need, just give me the length of hose you need and I will sort out a price.

thanks guys still a lot to do, r/cover & bulkhead need respraying strut brace needs respraying & clean up engine bay of grime to finish it off, also want to make a cover so when you open the boot you only see the intercooler core :thumleft: hope to get it done for boxhill meet but not shore at the moment :-k

as for the RMR manifold that came from RMR them selves it was the last of three , it faced forward which me friend cut & rotated 180 for boot mount & the BBK 75mm t/body came from summit racing (thanks bry for sorting all my stuff :thumleft: ) have now also ordered a moroso alloy sump from them :thumleft:

Hi mate, lookin good. I'm almost finished my build (on and off for a year). Also have a Moroso sump. Dont know if its my manifold throwing out the alignment or the sump being bigger but i've got to make a new downpipe, nearly from scratch, proper nightmare getting so close to the end of the build then having to start a fabricating stuff from scrtch. Just a heads up if you plan on getting out in the car soon. Good luck anyway, engine looks awesome :thumleft:

ATS down pipe with Garrett GT35 turbo with Aussie manifold. Couldnt get downpipe on to turbo, never mind tryin to line it up with the mid section. Ended up cutting about 3 inches out from turbo, horizontal, where normal downpipe turns downwards. Need to re-weld a 90* turn down, towards passenger door, another 90* turn there, down to mid section. Hopefully wont screw flow up too much, hence thats why i've bought Chris's straight out vent exhaust. Will use it for quarter mile runs etc.
