About 1pm today, was coming home from uni and saw a blueish mk2 with reg 'GIL...' parked on the actual roundabout as I went around. This is the big roundabout near Thirsk, and next to the turn off if you coming to York from the North.It was absolutely pouring down so I'm wondering if they span it or something? Couldn't see any damage and no other cars parked nearby.
Looked to be 2 people in the car. I wanted to stop but being on a roundabout with other cars wasn't ideal and then I was straight on to a slip-road
