Bolt size for undertrays

Post by mr2turbo99 »

Hi Guys,

Ive got to replace the plastic undertrays at the front of my car over the holidays however for some stupid reason i threw all the old rusty bolts away. Does anyone know what size will fit the threads?

Thanks

From memory they are M6 bolts with 10mm heads.

Dont forget the anti seize compound. Bolt length is 10/15mm long.

My car has a habit of shedding these bolts so I've had to replace plenty of them. Use a locking washer and some copper slip to stop the corrosion. A large repair washer is a good idea too as the plastic will be less stressed and less likely to pull throguh then. Not a major concern but you might as well while your under there.
