[Mk2] [Generic] Wiring in subs

Hi in need of a little help. I had a uk rev 3 with the good toyota sound system with the subs behind the seats. Have now bought a turbo without these subs but l have some spare to fit.

At current l have an amp in the boot so how would l go about connecting the subs? Do they need to be wired into the amp direct or into the cars wiring loom? I really have no idea lol??

stero should have an output going to the amp to deliver sound, the amp should have an input( from the steroes output) then the speaker output on the amp should conect to the subs
