Totally baffled here, recently had all the airfilter box and battery out and can't remember disconnecting this rubber pipe from anything and can't see anything to connect it up to. It's connected at the bottom to the VSV (is that the right name?) but the top end ........ I'm lost. It was drawing air in yesterday when the engine was running and the revs drop if you put your finger over the end, started it this morning but it wasn't drawing air today.
Thanks
Alan

Re: Where does this pipe connect to?
Variable idle control. that solenoid opens to bypass air into the tb to raise the idle. Usually when extra electrical items are in use.
one end goes to the throttle body(tb) the other to the filtered side of airbox, there is a pipe sticking out if you look close enough, its low down beside the resonator box IIRC
