I'm currently at this stage of my project.

I've taken the engine and g/box etc.
from my runabout rev1 n/a and am going to put it into the yellow rev1 pictured which was an auto. But there's a couple of things I need clearing up before I proceed. now I've got both engines next to eachother I can see they've got different leads shown here:

The two sets of leads are different thicknesses and seem to have differnt attachments, my thinkin was that one of the engines is maybe a rev2 version?? any ideas?
The original plan was to use the engine and gearbox from the donor vehicle as the engine is much stronger.
But i'm in a bit of a dilemma........ I don't know wether to use the MT engine harness with the MT ECU or use the AT harness and ECU?? The only information I've found is on mr2oc.com which says to use the AT stuff as it doesn't care about the g/box it just controls the engine, but I'm unsure about wether it is relevant as it could be for the 5sfe? any suggestions?Any information you have is much appreciated
