ROFL Look at the price of this!!!

£120!! You must be retared to pay that price!!

£120 gets you -

- A Little 12" tall statue that just looks like an action man
- Art book
- Classic Call of Duty (Probably buy this on Ebay for less than £5 now)
- Modern Warfare 2

for just £119.99, making this one of the most truly collectable and best value versions of Modern Warfare 2 this year.

lol, £120 can buy you an Xbox!! I would rather pay the extra £130 and get the Modern warfare Elite with 250gb hard drive..

Anything to show there's a decent, worthwhile profit to be made for these limited edition games?

Or are you just paying a LOT of money for NOT a lot of extra that is worthless in the long run?

Certainly not done GOW2 (I know you dont like it, most other people do though!) any good.

stuff like that aint really limited tho, its just a steel bbook version, the limited stuff usually has a figure or extras etc. i never said they would make money i just like the look of them and the stuff u get with them i dont plan on selling them tbf. and theres no way id pay £120 for that id prob pay it for the one with the night vision goggles but thats cause nothin like that has been done before lol
i have about 30 limited/collectors editions over the 360 and ps3 and i dont think ive ever payed more then £35 for them so i could have either bought the boring normal plastic case or for instance my far cry 2 was £32 and for that i got a wooden box, t-shirt, art book giant poster/in game map and the game

Yeah I know mate, its slowly going back to the mid 90's where SNES games were £55-60!! Remember paying £50 for MK2 day of release cos I wanted it so badly! ](*,) It got some serious use though! :thumleft:

Everywhere so far has got MW2 at £55+.

£45 is too much let alone £60

I'll sell up if games go up to that much this side of the 2020's

Game Station = £44.99
http://www.gamestation.co.uk/search.asp ... archGo.y=9

HMV £44.99

http://hmv.com/hmvweb/simpleMultiSearch ... +warfare+2

Play £44.99

http://www.play.com/Search.aspx?searcht ... &pa=search

Game £44.99

Asda £44.91 (wooo 8p cheaper!)
http://www.asda-entertainment.co.uk/ely ... chFilters=

Tesco £44.97
http://direct.tesco.com/search/default. ... rn+warfare

ALL of them have the RRP as £55
I'll wait for it to go down a bit. Wont be paying a penny more then £40 for it. Never have for a game, never will.
