just saw this http://www.pistonheads.com/SALES/1195748.htm and thought to myself only if i helded on a bit longer and could have bagged myself this gem but hey thought i'd post it here might be use to one of you guys on here.

It's interesting it has an original purchase invoice for £15,500. I had later (1990 G reg) T bar (with leather obviously) and had original purchase invoice, which read £12,900? I thought that was the list price in 1990. Surely list price was lower at F reg?

Maybe it originally had one of those whopping great phones in it as an option?

I think that the car phone was over £1000 as a dealer option.

When I owned my first mk1 (1997) 89 T-bar It had the original sale documents and the price was 13k or there abouts

But if you think about it, The car in the add could of had the CD player and the phone and there is GBP 1500 extra straight away

It may of even had aircon :-k

I have a mica blue T-bar that has loads of extras fitted new as im only the third owner \:D/
