[Mk2] [Turbo] Recommend a good fast road pad?

Post by Rahzel »

Hi guys,

looking to do the brakes and looking for any recommendations on a good value for money fast road pad, and i can't afford carbotechs lol!

Cars running stock boost and only minor mods so isn't a BHP monster.

Cheers

I agree Carbotech's are the best pad out there for standard calipers but at what cost? Yellow stuff is a good cost effective compromise.

Haven't used Carbotech so couldn't comment on those but I'm happy with the yellowstuff pads I'm running. They're pretty good from cold and have nice bite when warm with minimal brake dust. They'd get my vote for a good fast road pad.

Same here. I'm running the yellow stuff pads and have even used them on track with decent results.
