[Mk2] [Generic] Ignition Wire

Hi guys,

Probably bit of a stupid one probably here

I've done a carputer which i'm just after putting into the car so i've got 3 wires,one positive,one negative which are pretty self explanatory but one that has to go to the ignition...but which wire is the ignition wire in the car,pulled the front out where you turn the key presuming this was the one and there are 2 wires (if that makes any sense)

Any quick advice would be grand

Take you CD player out...

If you have an aftermarket one, with an ISO block, then look out for the RED wire.

Basically to make the head unit work there are 3 wires. Permanent live (yellow), ignition live (red) and earth (black).
